NOMAD is an innovative new concept in Whisky - Outland Whisky, an invitation to explore beyond borders. Nomad is created with a unique aging process, distilled in Scotland and matured in Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks in the heart of Jerez de la Frontera, Spain, in the González Byass cellars. BEYOND THE RULES - NOMAD is the only Outland Whisky® because the majority of malt whiskies are finished in Sherry casks that have been sent to Scotland from Jerez. Now the product is born in different whisky cradles to be finished in Gonzalez Byass Sherry casks in Jerez. This way, it travels around the globe to find perfection and going beyond the unwritten rules of whisky.
UNIQUE AGING PROCESS - A premium blended whisky produced from 30 different malt and grain whiskies from Speyside (The Highlands, Scotland) with an average age of 6 years. The resulting blend is then refined through a minimum of 1 year of aging in old Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks, in the unique conditions of the historic centenary cellars of González Byass in Jerez. This double aging firstly in Scotland and then in Jerez, is unique and makes Nomad Outland Whisky® a true rarity.
Bright amber in color, Nomad shows a concentrated aroma with notes of malt, wood, and the unmistakable hint of Pedro Ximénez sherry. On the palate it is very smooth and elegant, initial flavors of raisings and honey build to a long and pleasant finish with notes of vanilla and dried fruits. A very elegant yet complex whisky.

NOMAD RESERVE 10 YEARS - TRIPLE CASK, Born in Scotland, in barrels that contained Bourbon where it rests for 6 years. Then the liquid travels to Jerez where it will have a double aging: first, 2 years in casks that have previously contained PX and then, 2 more years in casks from the renowned Oloroso Matusalem.
Exceptional aromas on the nose, of malt mixed with the wine-like aroma from the Sherry. Notes of wood, honey, toastiness, nuts, coffee, and vanilla. Full of flavor and smooth on the palate at the same time, it displays a great variety of subtle flavors of oak, raisins, and Sherry from the Scotch whisky and the Sherry that was once kept in the casks. With a long, delicious finish, this is a very special, very high-quality whisky that combines the character of Scottish malt and the elegance of Sherry, come together.

NOMAD is the only Outland Whisky® that begins its journey in the cradles of whisky such as Scotland and Ireland, to finish its aging in Jerez, in Sherry casks in the centuries-old cellars of Gonzalez Byass, in order to go beyond the rules of whisky.
UNIQUE AGING PROCESS - In Ireland, it is aged for 3 years in casks that have previously contained Bourbon and then they travel to Jerez, where they age for 1 year, in highly selected casks of our emblematic Oloroso Alfonso.
Amber-colored whisky with bright golden reflections. Very complex on the nose, with notes of vanilla, spices, and nuts in the presence of aromas of quality malt. It has a wine character due to its aging in Dry Oloroso Sherry Cask, making it intense and pleasant on the palate, with a touch of oak. The double aging in Bourbon and Oloroso casks give it a marked softness on the palate with a long and elegant aftertaste.
