Encantado Mezcal is born in San Luis del Río, Oaxaca, one of the most respected and iconic regions within Mexico’s mezcal tradition. Artisanaly crafted by master mezcalero Baltazar Cruz Gómez and his family, this mezcal represents a balance between authenticity, tradition and accessibility, offering an elegant and contemporary interpretation of Oaxacan mezcal while preserving its ancestral essence.

Produced exclusively from 100% Espadín agave (Agave angustifolia), Encantado Mezcal follows a traditional process carefully preserved through generations. The agave is slowly cooked in underground conical stone ovens fired with wood, developing the characteristic smoky nuances of artisanal mezcal. It is then milled using a traditional stone tahona, naturally fermented in wooden vats and double distilled in small copper stills, respecting the natural rhythm and unique character of each batch.

The result is a smooth, balanced and expressive mezcal designed both for those discovering the world of mezcal and for experienced drinkers seeking refined and complex profiles. On the nose, it reveals herbal notes, tropical fruits, honey, citrus and delicate integrated smoke.
