It is a classic Dry Distilled Gin, crafted in small batches with 12 botanicals, including berries from the mountains of Croatia, bergamot from Bergamo, iris root from Italy, cassia from China, almond powder from the USA, angelica root from Poland, cassia bark and cinnamon from Indonesia, coriander seeds from Bulgaria, juniper from Macedonia, lemon peel and sweet orange from Spain, liquorice powder from Turkey, nutmeg from Grenada, and savoury from the Netherlands. With its distinctive blue colour, it is smooth and well-balanced, combining fresh notes of juniper, citrus, and flowers, offering a refined and modern interpretation of the London gin tradition.

The London Nº1 Sherry Cask represents an innovative concept: it combines the expertise and craftsmanship of premium London gin with the characteristic touch of sherry, aged for three months in American oak casks that previously contained Tío Pepe sherry.
