González Byass
A Legacy in Jerez Since 1835

Founded in 1835 by Manuel Maria González and still family-owned through five generations, González Byass is rooted in Jerez de la Frontera, the heart of Sherry country. The unique microclimate of the Sherry triangle, the chalky Albariza soils, and the Palomino grape combine perfectly here, creating the ideal conditions for sherry production.

Using the traditional Solera system, wines age in 600-litre American oak casks, developing distinct styles like flor-aged fino and rich oloroso, with a portfolio ranging from the iconic Tio Pepe to the prestigious VORS aged over 30 years.
