I was born in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, the capital of Cava, and even at my baptism (when I was just a few months old), they dipped my pacifier in Cava! When I was older I knew that I wanted to dedicate myself to the land, agriculture, and the environment of the region.

Following a stressful 2021, where vines faced significant weather fluctuations, the stage was set for a remarkable turnaround.The journey began optimistically with favourable weather in August 2021, crucial for floral induction, setting the stage for a promising harvest in 2022. Despite early frost concerns in April, temperatures remained favourable, leading to a gradual budbreak.
