Tio Pepe, the world’s best-selling Fino, originates from Jerez in southern Spain where it is drunk by the locals with tapas, as they’ve done for over a century. Manuel Maria Gonzalez Angel, founder of González Byass, named ‘Tio Pepe’ after his ‘Uncle Joe’ who created his pale very dry white wine in 1841. GonzálezByass was the first Sherry winery to export the fino style back in 1844 when they sent casks of this local style to the UK. Tio Pepe was the first registered trademark in Spain and this iconic wine is now sold in over 100 markets. Every spring, a limited edition unclarified and unfiltered fino is released to showcase a fresh from the cask experience. This Tio Pepe En Rama is alive with flavour and has more nutty and yeasty aromas than the usual Tio Pepe.
Founded in 1835 by Manuel Maria González and still family-owned through five generations, González Byass is rooted in Jerez de la Frontera, the heart of Sherry country. The unique microclimate of the Sherry triangle, the chalky Albariza soils, and the Palomino grape combine perfectly here, creating the ideal conditions for sherry production. Using the traditional Solera system, wines age in 600-litre American oak casks, developing distinct styles like flor-aged fino and rich oloroso, with a portfolio ranging from the iconic Tio Pepe to the prestigious VORS aged over 30 years.

In the hills of Sambuca di Sicilia, near Lake Arancio, Cantine Cellaro crafts wines that embody the soul of Sicily. At altitudes up to 600 metres, vines absorb the island’s light, volcanic soil and Mediterranean breeze, creating wines of depth and balance.
Dedicated to indigenous varieties such as Nero d’Avola and Inzolia, the winery works closely with local growers, selecting only the best vineyard parcels to express the land’s purest character.
The symbol of Cellaro — a small vineyard snail (Luma) — represents harmony with nature and the slow, patient rhythm of authentic winemaking. Each bottle reflects Sicily’s vibrant landscape, blending heritage, craft and contemporary elegance.
Cantera Verde is a modern Mexican gin that captures the essence of Oaxaca — a land of colour, craft and tradition. Distilled from 100% cane spirit and finished in mezcal barrels, it offers a distinctive flavour with a subtle touch of green agave.
Its name honours the famous green quarry of Ixcotel, whose stone gives life to Oaxaca’s historic architecture. The bottle’s design, created by renowned artists Jacobo & María Ángeles, features alebrijes — the mystical spirit guides of the Eagle, Jaguar and Snake, symbols of freedom, power and renewal.
By blending the classic botanicals of juniper and cardamom with a uniquely Mexican soul, Cantera Verde brings a fresh, artisanal expression to the world of gin. Every detail — from its design to its flavour — celebrates Oaxaca’s artistry and cultural richness.
