In the heart of Castilla-La Mancha rises Finca Constancia, a state-of-the-art winery that blends seamlessly into the landscape, as if it had always belonged there. Its modern lines are in dialogue with a vineyard designed as a mosaic of 82 plots, each with different soils, orientations, and microclimates. In each, the most suitable variety is cultivated, following the philosophy of Manuel María González: to work with constancy, to respect the land, and to allow every vine to express itself fully.
Here, viticulture is an exercise in precision and patience — a commitment to innovation without renouncing essence. The diversity of the land becomes richness, and each plot translates into a unique nuance that brings singularity to the wines.
The result is contemporary, authentic, and expressive creations that speak with their own voice of the place where they are born.
At Finca Constancia everything takes on a serene rhythm: the sun caressing the vines, the wind sweeping across the open fields, the silence broken only by birds flying over the estate. It is a space where nature and modernity coexist, where the land is interpreted with both science and sensitivity. From this union emerges a new way of understanding wine: precise, respectful, and profoundly connected to its origin.
Made from carefully selected clusters of different varieties, this wine ferments under strict temperature control and completes its malolactic fermentation in new French and American oak barrels. After thirteen months of ageing, it reveals a structured, silky, and persistent red, where ripe fruit merges with toasted and spicy notes, and a balsamic hint that defines its unique character.

100% Verdejo from a single plot of stony soils. Its triple fermentation — in barrel, wooden vat, and stainless steel — brings freshness, complexity, and elegance. Aromas of tropical fruit and herbal notes blend with a subtle toasted touch, resulting in a creamy, intense, and persistent white wine.

100% Tempranillo from one of the estate’s most distinctive plots, hand-harvested and aged for six months in new French and American oak barrels. Fresh and fruity, with notes of aromatic herbs, liquorice, and toffee, it is an elegant, approachable, and persistent red that reflects the purest character of this variety.

100% Graciano, hand-harvested on granitic soils that provide a mineral character. After eight months in French oak barrels, it displays a deep cherry-red colour and aromas of black fruits, violets, and cocoa. Complex, elegant, and balanced, it is a wine of great personality and persistence.

A blend of Petit Verdot and Syrah from the estate’s highest plots, with an eastern orientation that ensures optimal ripening. Aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels, it combines power and elegance: aromas of blueberries, cocoa, and violets merge with enveloping tannins and a long, seductive finish.
