In the heart of the picturesque town of Chinchón, in the south of the Community of Madrid, an anise with its own identity is born: Chinchón, the only one that forms part of the Protected Geographical Indication that bears its name. This seal guarantees that its production is carried out entirely in the area, preserving traditional techniques and know-how passed down from generation to generation.
Made from high-quality green anise (matalahúva), its slow and precise distillation gives rise to a product of great purity, intense aroma, and authentic flavour. Chinchón offers different varieties — dry, sweet, and special dry — each with its own unique character but with the same origin: the land, the time, and tradition.
Sweet anise made 100% from the distillation of green anise (matalahúva) seeds in copper stills. It follows the traditional Chinchón method, using only natural ingredients. Smooth, aromatic, and perfect for after-dinner moments.
