

Ashton Hills’ acclaimed Pinot Noirs have spent over 40 years proving their elegance and purity. Founder Stephen George recognised the potential of its undulating hills and high-altitude valleys to create some of the world’s most refined Pinot Noirs.
After experimenting with 25 clones, he settled on five that best express the site’s unique character with lifted perfumes and refined structure, gaining a cult following both locally and internationally. Since 2015, Stephen has partnered with Wirra Wirra Vineyards, continuing to craft exceptional wines at vintage and preserving the vineyard’s legacy.
Elegant Chardonnay from the cool Piccadilly Valley. Wild yeast fermentation and 9 months in French oak. Peach, nectarine and citrus notes, with bright acidity and subtle oak softness.

A refined Pinot Noir from Piccadilly Valley. Juicy plum, cherry and blackberry meet leafy notes and subtle spice. Supple tannins, bright acidity and a touch of oak create a lingering, elegant finish.

Estate Pinot Noir crafted from select clones. Liqueur cherry, wild raspberry and spice aromas lead to a plush palate with red fruits, cedar and earthy notes. Freshness balances its seductive depth.
