Its name honours the iconic green quarry whose stone adorns many of the city’s historic buildings. The bottle artwork, created by renowned local artists Jacobo & María Ángeles, features alebrijes representing the Eagle, Jaguar, and Snake—symbols of strength, wisdom, and renewal. Blending the classic botanicals of juniper and cardamom with a 100% cane-based spirit, Cantera Verde achieves a remarkable balance. A final rest in mezcal barrels imparts delicate agave notes and a subtle smoky elegance.
