Soberano brandy boasts a rich history spanning over 100 years, its name chosen to honour the friendship between the Gonzalez family and the King of Spain. Distilled using column stills and aged in the historic Gonzalez Byass bodega in Jerez, it matures under the traditional Solera system in American oak casks previously used for sherry.
The younger Soberano 5 offers sweet toasted caramel and a smooth, balanced finish, while the 12-year-old expression reveals elegant mahogany tones with complex aromas of oak, balsamic, nuts, caramel, and honey, culminating in a rounded, velvety finish.
